The Bath Western Riverside scheme got the go ahead from the Bath planning committee last night. The committee overwhelmingly approved the revised outline application of approximately 2000 homes, a school, shops, restaurant/café and public park and detailed application for the first phase of 370 homes, with conditions concerning the external appearance of the larger riverside building.
