Oliver Kampshoff Dipl. Ing. RIBA AKNW
Oliver joined the Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios London office in 2005 having worked previously for Claudio Silvestrin Architects where projects included the Rebecca Horn Bodylandscapes Exhibition at the Hayward Gallery and the extension of the Victoria Miro Gallery in London. Oliver was made a partner at FCBS in 2013 and is involved in a range of projects across the practice with a particular focus on higher education projects and student housing developments.
His most recent projects include the Cond Nast School of Fashion and Design, a higher education college in central London located in a listed building in Soho. The project included the complete renovation and rebuilding of facades of two terraces in a busy Soho street while maintaining a nightclub fully operational in the basement of the building during the construction works.
Completed higher education projects include Broadcasting Place the multi award winning landmark development in Leeds with a particular focus on the fit out of the academic and student learning spaces for Leeds Metropolitan University. As part of the University of Manchester's expansion and regeneration of the university's cultural estate, Oliver led the design and delivery for the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) Headquarters and the Discovery Centre at the Jodrell Bank Observatory.
Other projects include the design and implementation of Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios new London office fit out in Fitzrovia as well as feasibility studies and brief development for student housing and commercial developments in and around London. Previous projects include the Mildmay Urban Village project, an urban regeneration Project with a strong social and environmental agenda and the Rivergardens Prague project, FCB's winning competition entry for the design of a 18,000m2 office and retail development. Olivers involvement in different work sectors gained him strong experience in managing and delivering private and public sector funded projects and conversant in dealing with complex client structures.
Oliver is currently Project Architect for a new mixed use development in South London, comprising a leisure centre and 500+ bed student accommodation in a tall building near Vauxhall Station.
