Kelly Green

BArch (Hons)  RIBA

Kelly joined FCBStudios in 2010, bringing with her residential and commercial project experience in Australia and design, development and construction experience of major transport, residential and higher education projects across the UK.

As an Associate at FCBStudios, she has over a decade of experience leading major housing and mixed-use projects in London. Kelly has worked with various private developers, housing associations, and contractors on the planning, procurement and construction of complex schemes and she understands the competing priorities for design excellence, cost, value, sustainability, social values, wellbeing and placemaking.

She lead the Mildmay mixed-use scheme in Shoreditch, the design of Ulster University’s new Belfast Campus, a mixed use project for Wandsworth Council and a new outpatient building for a major London NHS Trust. Most recently she has been leading the delivery of Great Eastern Quays, a major residential development in East London.

Throughout her career, she has developed a calm and considered approach towards complex multi-faceted projects and teams and one of her strengths is her wide range of experience and ability to cross over specialised sectors. Kelly’s attitude is that Architects need to lead with clear communication, diplomacy, and a genuine attitude towards open collaboration.
