Tim is an Architect specialising in the creative re-use of existing buildings. His travelling scholarship with the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings in 2004 instilled the value of heritage as both inspiration and a resource for realising our future aspirations. His design work is characterised by a strong understanding of place, a holistic environmental approach and a strong engagement with stakeholders and wider communities.

Tim is a true champion for heritage-led regeneration. He is passionate about sharing his experience and furthering his own development through research, teaching and mentoring. He lectures at several UK universities and mentors students and international architects in Jordan and Myanmar through links with the Turquoise Mountain charity. His range of practical and creative skills enabled him to lead award-winning projects, using the past as a springboard to a better future.
