Two projects shortlisted in Brick Awards 2023

We are pleased to share that two of our projects have been shortlisted in the Brick Awards 2023.
Globe Point in Leeds in the Sustainability and Commercial categories, and Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings in the Sustainability, Refurbishment and Craftmanship categories.
Globe Point, a flatiron building, is a bold gateway marking the edge of the Temple development in Leeds. The form deals elegantly with a challenging and constrained site using exemplary brickwork to complement the rich industrial heritage of the location.
Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings is one of the most important buildings of the industrial revolution, and the world’s first cast-iron framed building. The repair, reuse and retrofit project has conserved the historic building whilst ensuring that it has a viable and sustainable economic future as a vibrant business hub and heritage destination.
