Eden Project Dundee First Look

Eden Project Dundee will be a landmark development for the city, transforming the former gasworks on East Dock Street into a beacon for regeneration and green tourism.
A planning application is due to be submitted this autumn, following an extensive consultation process which will include face-to-face public engagement sessions and online feedback tools.

Our emerging scheme, in a disused gas works in Dundee’s docklands takes a transformative approach to this former industrial site. The project will enable social and economic regeneration, building communities and Eden’s ambition to give people wisdom around reconnection to the natural world.
We have taken a regenerative approach to the design that will start to restore the site, an approach which will restore biodiversity to the site, reusing materials to create an immersive pedagogic facility. We are looking forward to listening to more to people in Dundee during the upcoming consultation, to inform the design development.“
