Madeleine is the practice’s Quality Assurance Manager and the Bath Studio Manager.
Madeleine supports delivery, organisation and analysis of the practice’s annual management activities, audit performance, professional memberships, insurance, and ISO certifications for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001. She is a member of the Professional Practice Group, implementing a variety of initiatives designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of both project and practice quality systems.
As Bath Studio Manager, Madeleine supports best practice culture for health and safety and environmental ambitions.
