Sofia is a Part II architectural assistant who graduated from the Delft University of Technology and the Technical University in Munich. What drives her work is curiosity in material and socio-spatial assemblage in urban areas.
Sofia is a Part II architectural assistant who graduated from the Delft University of Technology and the Technical University in Munich. What drives her work is curiosity in material and socio-spatial assemblage in urban areas. Sofia is passionate for sustainable design solutions in adaptive reuse and transformation of urban sites.
Working on the Heart of the City scheme in Huddersfield, Sofia focused on creative reuse and stakeholder engagement. She was an integral part of the team repurposing Grade 2 listed building in a museum as well as designing a contemporary gallery in the city. She was further involved in community engagement and mentoring.
