Our cities thrive where there is a mix of uses. Commercial and residential communities support each other, and when combined with the amenities that residents need - schools, hospitals, community spaces - that is where communities come together. Stitching old fabric and new together, our mixed use projects are catalysts to regeneration, whether at the scale of a single neighbourhood, a town centre, or a part of city centre.
